Hello all,

Just curious how you are storing/dispensing Ice while vending? I am planning to sell at fairs/festivals in Connecticut from a tent. Yes, the call is in to the HD and local town, and the wait is on.

For those of you vending from a Tent, is a cooler off the ground at table height with an NSF scoop sufficient in your states?

While I'm at it, those with a tent, are you required to bring a portable 3 bay sink?

Sorry, Should clarify, I am only vending Lemonade this summer with dreams of Q in the near future. Could'nt find help anywhere else. You guys rock
