How To Cut Up A Pork Loin, W/Country Style Ribs

Here's a good video instructional on how you can divide up a whole bone-in pork loin, and it shows how to cut the loin version of country style ribs (from the first three ribs on the rib end). And, as you might expect, that's just a matter of cutting a thick chop and then slicing it in half/thirds lengthwise.

That's right, on that Frank Bonsangue page, there are only four videos listed. But oddly, on the page for this video
