How cruel can you be???? I love Lamb, but here in the US it outrageously priced. Local market had some shanks for $8.95 each -- on special!!!

Shanks are $4.50 each here and it makes me mad a all getout because they used to be .20cents!
Loin racks are $35 a kilo here.

What a great idea to put the sauce pan of potatoes underneath the lamb and let those lovely drippin's fall down on top during the cooking process... I'll have to give that a shot.

I've had plenty of Jerk, but never a leg of lamb.... sounds (and looks) amazing.
