Hi from Central Iowa

Hello from Central Iowa.
I’ve been smoking for 3 or 4 years with my Green Mountain Pellet Grill (I have the Jim Bowie) and found you guys/gals so wanting to learn more and find new ideas. I smoke mostly pork, chicken and beef but recently got an ostrich leg from a friend so trying new things.
Besides smoking meat, my hobby is Christmas lights synchronized to music (www.christmasoncoyla.com) so just getting ready to go for this year’s display which will open day after Thanksgiving.
