Hi all -
I am a new guy from Reno. I just got a new stick burner, an Old Country Pits Brazos, and am excited to get it running. My past experience is with a Masterbuilt electric smoker, so this is my first foray into the world of offset smoking. My goal is to do a brisket with excellent bark, smoke ring and juicy goodness! I am going to make some kindling and then burn it in. I'm glad to be here and look forward to meeting you guys.
