Contest Announcment Hermann Missouri - Cancelled?

Nothing official yet, but York with Liquor and Sticker is telling me that city council / chamber of commerce infighting has killed this contest for 2012. Hope it's not true, but I trust the source. Bummer, as it is one of my favorite contests and a great tune-up for the AR.

I know, right? WTF? I hear Tom Butcher is putting one on in October with Shriners. Hope to have a 2nd Washington Contest next fall. Can't get it done this year.

The Hermann contest has been listed for those dates since the end of last year's. But the forms have never become active on the site. I was emailing with York as well. Due to the uncertainty we bailed on it last week and booked Columbia instead. Shame because that's one of the best around. I hope they get it sorted for next year. And that's THREE right in that time frame now, Pacific, Hermann and St. Peters. Doesn't see like lack of support by teams though because they were always packed.
