It's been so long since I've been on here regularly I feel like I need to reintroduce myself or something. Between work, the new house, work, the wife in school, work, meetings, work and did I mention work, I really haven't had alot of time to do much of anything.

Last weekend was the first time in well over a year that I burned wood to slow cook a piece of meat. I felt so ashamed when I realized that as I sat outside and watched the gentle smoke coming out of my WSM. I missed you folks and really don't know where the time went.

So not much to say about me, the usual stuff, love BBQ, love the people who love the BBQ, Missed you guys.
