Hi all,

Todd here in Raleigh, NC. Got referred to the site by Thawley who is a member of another non BBQ form that I frequent.

Here's my equipment list

1 Brinkmann Gourmet Electric Smoker. I'm still new to it but I have been making some pretty good meat on it.

1 Perfect Flame 2 burner propane grill. I've had this one for about a year now (it's my 5 grill or so in the past 10 years.) I love this one. It serves my purpose perfectly.
