Hi,
My name is Dan Cram and I live in Salem, Oregon. I have been smoking ribs, brisket, pork etc for about 5 years with a electric box smoker and been in to grilling etc for about 20 years. I stumbled on to this site looking for plans to build a bigger better smoker after I found some large air compressor tanks at a salvage yard. I have a welder, plasma torch, and a fairly good set of grinding, sanding, cutting tools. Looking forward to putting together a plan for my build and doing the research to get it right!
