My name is Ken and I was referred here from another forum. I took an interest in BBQ about 10 years ago after doing the plumbing on the 3 Memphis Championship BBQ restaurants here in Vegas. My initial direction came from Mike Mills the owner of these restaurants and after picking his brain I was off and running with an Ole Hickory commercial pit.
