Hey all, my name is Fritz, and I'm from Denmark.
I'm 43 years old or maybe young - well I don't know :icon_blush:
I just finished Building my first UDS, made from a 55 gallon drum
I did the seasoning burn this last saturday, and sunday I smoked my first piece of beef.
And the family loved it, Yumm! :thumb:
I have found alot of helpfull information about how to build my UDS on this site, and other youtube videos, and the finished result of my build came out realy fine, if I have to say it myself.
I also have a Weber Spirit, which has been used quite often, during the 7 years I had it now.
Well that was a Little about me.
I hope to have some great discussions on this forum, and to learn alot more about smoking meat.
