Here's hoping all is well across The Pond with Brother Phu.

Thanks to Mike for keeping us on track for the weekend.

Another busy day at the office tomorrow... but we're planning for a batch of wings on the 26er with assistance from the Vortex on Sunday as we enjoy this last week of NFL Preseason games.

Hope you're well and keeping the thin blue rolling as best you can.

Got a couple of delicious little chix I'm gonna cook up. Not sure which way, usually it's Carolina Treet Phor one and some kinda dry rub - usually Q salt - Phor the other. We'll see!

Deciding between spatchcocked, rotis, or spatchcocked in a rotis basket. :noidea:

Happy weekend to bowhnter, Phu and crew, and all y'all Pharkers!

Finishing up my yearly cache of select green chili. These have some character.took a sample bite and an hour later my lips are still slightly numb. These were in an unmarked bin. Great colors

Happy Mid Weekend brethren

Been kinda getting over some cold the kids brought from school, and after hosting 2 big parties, I’ve been kinda burnt out. So nothing so far but a really good steak sounds good for tomorrow.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend everyone!

Did some ribs and chicken.

Ribs, had to share pic of the salt & pepper ribs I did.
