My youngest son turned 21 so we are going out Saturday for wings and beer. He's being coy....like I don't know that he's drank beer before. :lol:

I don’t have much happening at all. Last night and tonight were both inside, maybe some burgers tomorrow. At least the weather is supposed to be better tomorrow if Adams don’t let the wind blow.

A while back, I was excited to grab up a package of beef short ribs at Costco. It was the 1st time to see dino bones on sale in Mississippi!
Imagine my chagrin when I finally noticed the word "sliced" on the package.
So, today will be my 1st attempt at flanken style ribs. I have some leftover pork loin to make fried rice on the Blackstone in case they are nasty!
