"Happy Phriday Pharkers,what's Smoking this Weekend?"

Picked up some dry aged steaks from my butcher this morning, very curious about them.
Have a 3-day weekend and even thought the weather is still ****ty, I WILL FIRE UP THE STICKBURNER. Going meat shopping tomorrow so something is bound to end up on one of the cookers.

Picanha Phor my younger son and his Phriends this evening, along with wings and grilled cabbage. Not sure what else yet.

Pastrami and salmon. Probably add some sausage because you should always add some sausage. Have some fresh made pumpernickel and caraway rye bread for sandwiches. Some good mustard, pickles, Swiss cheese, and shasta of some sort.
