Working all weekend so no cooking for me. I am going to fix up some vinegar sauce and thaw one of the big bags of pulled pork I did on my UDS a month ago. It was frozen specifically for weekends like this.
Pork tenderloins, probably Teriyaki, on the kettle Saturday. If I can get the in laws over for Sunday diner, I’ll take another shot at brisket on the WSM. Kroger has whole packers for $1.99 lb. Hard to find that low around here very often.
Not sure yet...
Definitely going to do some baking. Sourdough bread and probably a sourdough pizza.
Maybe a fish dish as well.... Got some frozen hake fillets.
Maybe I should get some banana leaves, wrap the fillets with spices and cook on the braai?
Ah well, we'll see what I feel like later on...
