I think I'm going to do some ribs but my sous chef "Heavy hand" hasn't let me know if his ol lady gave him back his mason jar with his balls back in it yet. I'll just smoke them here if all fails.

What's smoking this weekend? I have no idea.

I'm thinking a nice chopped salad and maybe some grilled skirt steak sammies for the NFC/AFC playoff games. But, we'll see.
 
SQWIB'S Texas Tommy teasers for my grand dudes, grillin some fresh made hot Italian sausages, smokin off a ham I cured up, puttin some coppa in the drying locker for a 35 day nap, and just maybe some venison biltong.
 
Just received my Bigmista's perfect pork rub yesterday and I am gonna do some country style pork ribs to try it out.... this stuff smells fan-farking-tastic!!!!!!!!! will post PrOn during cook tomorrow!!!!!!!:clap2:
