Felt good enough to get out there today! We made a little marinade with garlic, achiote, guajillo, apple cider vinegar and stuck some chicken in it this morning. Then I did the vortex with them. After I get them to temp I put the center little grill back in the Weber gourmet system and give them, one by one, just a little char before sitting the fire down.
