Happy Phryday Pholks!
Picked up a couple of phlat iron steaks last night, thinking Philly cheese steaks on the BS tonight. Not sure 'bout Saturday, gonna be a yardwork blitz in prep phor Sunday.
Sunday, double smoked ham and a smoked salmon. Might throw some sweet taters and onions in the firebox for the last hour or so.

I don't know if I'll be smoking anything this weekend, but I am doing a brewery and distillery tour tonight, so should be a grand time. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Daughter is coming home from College for the weekend and I think she misses good food. Requested ribs a couple weeks ago, so I will be doing that on Saturday. Al most 70 and sunny. Can't ask for a better day to sit outside throwing in splits and drinking beer.
