i got three nice briskets gonna put on early sunday morning experiment with some injections and rubs....hopefully get my wine barrel smoker built too!
 
Angus top round is on special for $1.99 a pound at the grocery store this week, looks like a great opportunity to make Baltimore Pit Beef sandwiches for during the football games on Sunday.
 
I smoked 5 lbs of London Broil yesterday, for the chili I am making today for the Cardinals Playoff Game Party at a friends house. Have not even considered what is for Sunday dinner yet.

Brisket went on last night around 10 at 230 degrees dome. When I got up at 8 it was at 166 and hasn't budged.

That DigiQ has made me lazy, set it and forget it.
