Yes you can. High heat around 350*F. Fire off-set, let them sit in the heat/smoke til they are finished. I like to throw them over the fire for the last couple minutes.
 
You can also build a wood fire in your grill and grill as normal and get a nice smoke flavor.
Saves firing up the smoker for a burger. :cool:
