I picked up some 1.25" chops from Kurzweil's a couple of days ago. They're already smoked. You just tell them how thick you want them, they cut them off, and you warm them up on your grill. These are not my mom's pork chops.

One is plain, one has some onion flakes and garlic salt rubbed in, and one has a sweet beef rub that I like. They were delicious.

I have Tuesday off, so I think I'm going to do a loin or some kind of roast. We'll see.

They used to be one of my favorite things to "cook". Now they're one of my favorite things when I don't have time to "cook". Funny how a new obsession changes a man.
