New guy checking in...

Been lurking for some time to steal recipes (ummm... I meant "get inspiration") but decided to finally join.

I'm currently running a Big Steel Keg (the poor man's BGE) as my primary rig, along with a recently-purchased Pit Barrel cooker, and a 4-burner gasser.

I also have an older offset smoker, but since purchasing the BSK years ago I only use the offset for storage of gear (chimneys, grates, etc).

Look forward to being a member!
