Hi all,

Finally de-lurking! Been q'ing since the 90s and like to do brisket, pulled pork, sometimes spareribs.

Here's my rig:

Got one of the last Bar-B-Chefs before they stopped making them in '06ish. (For $250!!!) It has crazy good temp control.

And here's my last smoke, a pork shoulder from the Cash N Carry, went 17 hrs about 225F on Lazzari charcoal and oak pellets for extra smoke. It was great.

Here for: pics, recipes, advice, to try out more stuff like chicken and turkey. I have never smoked a fatty (LOL) but willing to try!

Nice looking rig and great looking pork......
