Congrats on the BWS - have mine for 2 weeks now. Have done brisket and pork butt. Really happy with it so far. I also have the heat diverter. Lots of room, easy to work and lots cheaper to operate than my offset.

Congrats !!Going to break my competitor in this weekend can't wait to try the convection out. I think it's time for a prime rib.
 
Well I think my dream may be comming true soon!!!

I hopefully will be able to pick up my BWS this week!!!!! Yeah...
