Looks great mike! FYI, if you have freezer space might be a good idea to load up on turkeys. I have had a hard time lately getting raw turkey breast and the price is going up. One supplier warned that prices may skyrocket over the holidays due to the problems the turkey industry is having with the bird flu

tell me about it, i was trying to get a few cases of boneless breasts, fresh or frozen, for a wedding this weekend, and no go, didnt have the freezer room a few weeks ago should have bought what i needed then...
