I'd thaw for about 5-7 days and smoke it.
If it's edible, we don't toss it.
Those are .69/lb now at my local grocery, not a huge loss if you're scared.
 
I cooked a spiral sliced ham found in the deep freezer 2 weekends ago.
I'm still kickin.
Purchase date was around the same time frame.
I rinsed and sniffed. Couldn't notice any difference.
 
If it's still sealed and not freezer burnt I say it's still good!
 
Cook's ham is the best (imho). Even tho they're now owned by the (Chinese) Smithfield conglomerate.
I just smoked one that had been in the freezer for a year.
No problem with it whatsoever.

Let it thaw on the bottom shelf of fridge for a few days.
It'll be fine.
