Frozen Ham How long will it keep?

I'd thaw for about 5-7 days and smoke it.
If it's edible, we don't toss it.
Those are .69/lb now at my local grocery, not a huge loss if you're scared.

I cooked a spiral sliced ham found in the deep freezer 2 weekends ago.
I'm still kickin.
Purchase date was around the same time frame.
I rinsed and sniffed. Couldn't notice any difference.

In one of Malcolm Reed's ham videos he said he had one frozen for over 2yrs and it was perfectly fine.

If it's still sealed and not freezer burnt I say it's still good!

Cook's ham is the best (imho). Even tho they're now owned by the (Chinese) Smithfield conglomerate.
I just smoked one that had been in the freezer for a year.
No problem with it whatsoever.

Let it thaw on the bottom shelf of fridge for a few days.
It'll be fine.

I would thing you would be fine if cryovac and has remained frozen. Thaw in fridge and as said do the sniff test
