well thats very impressive. that will be great i want to start to cook at local fairs in the food court. and that will have a lot more room. might as well make a little cash doing something you love. how does this sound for price pulled pork sammy, small bag of chips ,and can of pop for $5

The health Dept. might have some issues with your idea. I would start there and see what is required to vend in your area.

That doesn't mean they don't have a license to vend, liability insurance, proper equipment, safe handling training, etc…

There is a lot to consider before becoming a vender. Just Curious but where is “out here”?

out here is oregon. i know about the vending licence. i would never do it with out the proper guidelines. they love to bust people for crap all the time. so totally would do it legally.
