Tonight..."T" Bones... Fired up the BGE and tossed on a spud rubbed up with some EVOO and sprinkled with Kosher salt...
For the steaks I used some cracked black pepper and French grey sea salt...
Jake the Destroyer even got in on a little t-bone action of his own...:tongue:
