Hey Friends...I am cooking for a party next Saturday and want to start off right with a couple of breakfast fatties. My usual is stuffed with pre-cooked scrambled eggs, precooked hash browns, precooked onions and cheese. Rolled into the usual sausage loaves and bacon weave.

If I prepare these Friday afternoon and place in fridge...is there any concern of the precooked ingredients touching the raw pork for about 16 hours or so until I put them in the smoker?

Thanks for the advice,

pife

If you're cooking them to 160 then it makes no difference.
Just make sure the ingredients are chilled when you roll em so they don't warm up the pork.
