The cabbage and accessories prepped.

Cabbage fried in jowl grease.There was a diced jalapeño underneath that orange pepper.I added more crumbled bacon too.

Tried something different this time.Friday morning I decided to cut my pork butt in half and pull one half to slice and let the bone in part keep cooking til it was ready to be pulled/chopped pork.I may do this again.I really think I likes the sliced better.Something different and the leftovers will make awesome Cuban sandwiches with a little ham and Swiss.
