Thats a good looking bird and a sweet deal on the cooker. BCC is probably the biggest reason why I am here talking to you yahoo's. It was my first attempt at cooking anything indirect after i saw steve raichlen on a news program doing it

Sweet on both the score and the bird. Did you add any seasoning to the beer? I use a bit of rub and other herbs.
