is Blowin Smoke!
Saw a Tri Tip in the store the other day and said "hm, I've heard a lot about these, but never have cooked one." It was Choice and on sale for $2.99/lb, so why not?
Seasoned with Montreal Steak seasoning. Cooked in a similar fashion to how I do prime rib: Seared first on the sear station on the Weber, then flopped it on the DC @ 200° and pulled at an IT of 125°. Not too bad for the first go. Good flavor, but a bit tough.
