Thanks! Looks like we're having brisket breakfast burrito's in the morning, maybe some brisket chili for supper! haven't decided 100% yet!
 
Well I'm sure a lot of people know this, But I just figured it out! The point is much easier to make slices from after its cooled. Always have trouble trying to slice the point while its still warm.
