First run at Picanha

I asked my kid what he wanted to eat for his 16th Birthday & he said "picanha". :whoo:

Good job on the Picanha. I've got a 2.5 lb Picanha, defrosting in the fridge..I'm thinking of doing it whole on the rotisserie..I'd love to cook it medium, but my wife hates to see blood in her meat.. Should I cook something else for her?:wink:

I can't find straight Picanha around here (outside of those Brazilian joints), but when my Wife snags thicker sirloin cuts, I separate off the Picanha for myself. I was doing this for years before I even knew that it had a name.
