Meat burner that looks grea

This is what I used. This is real cheap and it's 2 lbs. That would do all the raw meat in the great state of Missouri. Only need 1 tsp per pound. This was all I could find and it turned out great. Got it a the local grocery store.
This was my first shot and I may have gotten lucky because it was absolutely delicious. Do a search for buckboard bacon and ask some of the brethren that have more experience. You got to try it. Probably make sure your frig temps are accurate is important. Good Luck!
