Fired up the Bronco

Today was the OKJ Bronco's turn to return to duty... fired it up with a mix of KBB and Kingsford Hickory briqs.

No action shots, but I hung a rack of ribs (cut in half) and a chicken (also cut in half).

The ribs got hit with Pancho & Lefty's BBQ Dust, the chicken with Hardcore Carnivore Red.

It wasn't a great cook, but it fed me tonight and will be fine in future beans and Brunswick stew.

Looks like a great cook to me. It certainly deserved the heavy duty china you used.

You reminded me that it's been a long time since I enjoyed chicken and ribs on the same plate. I always seem to do one or the other.

I paid $125 for my Bronco in a match deal at Academy via a Walmart price. Academy took another 5% (Thanks AClark.) If someone offered me 300$ today wouldn't take it. My Bride and me think the food off the drum is by far my best patio food.
I know your chicken and ribs are top shelf. I just know
