Found the site a while ago, but never took the time to register until a few days ago. I guess better late than never, right!!!???
We have had the typical cheaper, big box store gassers, but last year for my birthday/ Father's Day I received a 18.5" WSM. Had considered buying or building an offset, but after reading a bit decided on the wsm due to the ease of maintaing the temps.
Seriously considering a Weber kettle, though the "better half" thinks I am crazy! :mrgreen: If I do get one, can't decide between a otg, or a performer model ( and which one if it's a performer!).
