Ribs rubbed down with evoo and Eaton Hogg Red Rub. :thumb:

Toss them on the UDS and drink 15 of these. :doh: Then they're done. We don't need no stinking timer.

The first beer I ever got drunk on was Carlings Black Label........I was 12. But the ribs look better than "Hey Mable, Black Label"
