Check em out. They stock other wagyu cuts regularly. If you dont see something just ask them.

Thanks. Not at all. Just how you would grill a steak only it cooked alot faster as wagyu usually does.

I'm with you on that one. I usually will omit the tenderloin as I'm not much of a fan but this was extraordinarly. I have a newfound respect for this cut now.
