Both are pretty darn good, but gotta go fatty!
Adams do you slice your fatty and either brown or smoke the sides of the sliced fatty?
 
Spam is spam- and it's ok for what it is. (shelf stable meat product in a can)

but smoke it? Another animal entirely.

check the use by date on that Jimmy Dean...you need to get cooking.

spam? /peeks yeah- I got months.

it's all about options.
 
n00b confession time - I found this thread and had to Google fatty to find out what it even was. Did both last Saturday morning. Gunnoe's mild sausage and black pepper Spam. Loved them both! Never been a fan of Spam, but I am now. I'd have a hard time choosing, but right now, I'd pick Spam.
