Saw on a recent thread (I can't remember) where it was talking about new things to try or something of that nature and someone posted some fanned out ribs they were wanting to try and I liked the idea. So giving that a try today with some ribs tips and will also cooked up some chicken sausage I made yesterday. Nothing over the top crazy, but something fun try.

Firing up the egg


Ribs and rub. Gonna doe a bbq hoisin kind of glaze at the end



On the egg and giving them 3hrs or so
