Wow Bill! Did you think that you would get that many ideas? Now you will have to live at least another 40 years and cook 80 briskets to try them all.
 
I like beef stroganoff using brisket, also you can take brisket place in egg roll wrapper topped with Cole slaw,seal, fry till golden, serve with sweet chili sauce

I guess you could call this idea a 'leftover'.... but I usually call it 'cooked ahead'. Anyways, I take whole briskets and after trimming pick a line and slice it in half on it's axis. Each half has flat and point (although one piece of point will be a tick larger), and cook both at the same time. One, we have for dinner, the other gets triple wrapped and quick chilled, then frozen for reheating later.

The only difference in using this method is your slices are only half as long. :mrgreen:
