I have a small, local bbq competition in early October, and people’s choice is mandatory. Pork must be chopped and served in small containers provided by the host. I have seen teams using some type of electric warmers at other events with pc, however not sure exactly what they used? I have tried the sterno’s in the past but they just didn’t work for me. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks, really appreciate all the good suggestions. Had not thought about the roaster on low so may look at those this weekend. I like the warmers too as the wattage is really low (I think 150w). I have a Honda 2000 generator so all power needs must be considered,
