I have a small, local bbq competition in early October, and people’s choice is mandatory. Pork must be chopped and served in small containers provided by the host. I have seen teams using some type of electric warmers at other events with pc, however not sure exactly what they used? I have tried the sterno’s in the past but they just didn’t work for me. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
