Ever have one of those tasks you keep putting off and it ends up being simple? Last year I fired up the FEC 100 I have and it jammed. I tried to force it to turn and sheared off the shaft coupler screw. Well since I hve more than one smoker to fall back on I switched. Well today I got to it and it was a piece of cake. I also changed out the hot rod so i don't have to light by hand. Got a big cook coming up for a party and I will be using it, spicewine and the 85 all at once.

That is the biggest complaint I am aware of with those machines.
When they run they are great, otherwise it is usually a jam.
