Tweaked a meat church recipe:
Spiral ham
Meat church honey bacon BBQ rub
Smoked at around 275 on the Weber at my mother in law's house
Glazed for final hour w bourbon, butter, brown sugar maple syrup reduction
Added leftover smoked pineapple
