Nope, Walmart bakery burger bun. The thinnest hamburger buns I've ever used, but when griddled, they're fine.

I had to use the remaining two burgers, so lunch was a good one today. I definitely will not be needing dinner tonight.
As an fyi, these are Walmart Angus 85/15. I don't normally shop for groceries at Walmart, but these looked good. And they were.
Seasoned with Worcestershire and Blackstone Whiskey Burger today, on to the Blackstone they go -
After flipping, it's time for the rolls -
Swiss cheese once again, then under a dome for a few minutes to help melt the cheese -
Single burgers today with mayo, lettuce, tomato and ketchup. No time for fries, so chips will do -
Yep, definitely will NOT need dinner tonight! :mrgreen:
Nothing like griddled burgers on the Blackstone. Thanks for checking out today's lunch.
