Curious about your impressions of the sourdough tortillas. Something to do in the future or one and done?

I would make them again, Bruce. For me, anything that makes use of my sourdough starter is a good thing. :mrgreen: They tasted fine, our only issue was we cooked them too long on the griddle, so they crisped up.

Since posting, I've been looking at other sourdough tortilla recipes and may try this one next:

To follow up, the leftover sourdough tortillas were perfectly pliable after a quick reheat in the microwave. Just as an fyi, here's the tortilla warming bag we use -
