Last night in preparation for tomorrow's Carpinteria Sport fishing club Christmas party I made some MOINKS. These were sprinkled with my Sweet and Spicy Rub and finished with Simply Marvelous Sauce and Blues Hogs original. I cooked these MOINKS to just barely done, so that when I warm them up later today for the party they will not be overcooked.
I also did a rack of BBs for dinner along with red potatoes wedges and corn. The BBs were prepared with my Season All and finished with Super Secret Cherry Sauce and the potatoes were were also done with the season all after being splashed with EVOO.
Farker was smelling the MOINKS and BBs:biggrin:
